What we call a ‘child’ is, to a profound extent, the expression of the Right Hemisphere: it is innocent, playful, wants to bond, loving, and curious. When we protect ‘children’ these aspects of the child are much of what we claim to be protecting, and much of what we see as vulnerable and worthy of care. And they should be protected. However, it is obvious that since -=you do not outgrow one of your BRAIN HEMISPHERES=- the protections of childhood MUST logically EXTEND TO EVERYONE - without exception.
